Ulcerated Nodal Metastasis in Penile Carcinoma
A 35 year old male patient presented with untreated ulcerative lesion over the penis of one year duration with ulcerations over bilateral groin and suprapubic areas of three months duration. Biopsy was reported as squamous cell carcinoma. Involvement of nodes along suprapubic area is rare and is found ulcerated in this case.

Objective: To present the rare case of penile metastasis from bladder cancer. Patient report: A 68-year-old man with invasive bladder cancer disseminated in penile shaft and the pelvic lymph nodes is presented. The patient underwent cystoprostatectomy, total penectomy and adjuvant chemotherapy.

PARP inhibitors are used to treat a small subset of prostate cancer patients. These studies reveal that PARP1 activity and expression are different between European American and African American prostate cancer tissue samples.
