Gendered Networking and Social Capital Building Among Ukrainian Refugees: Insights From the ‘United for Ukraine’ Facebook Platform in Romania

Short Abstract This research examines the role of social media in building social capital during crises, focusing on recent Ukrainian refugees, mainly women and children. Findings from the Facebook platform United for Ukraine show that UNIȚI PENTRU UCRAINA (Об’εднані за Україну) served as a gender‐sensitive survival infrastructure.
