Identification and role of differentially expressed genes/proteins between pulmonary tuberculosis patients and controls across lung tissues and blood samples

open access: yesImmunity, Inflammation and Disease, Volume 12, Issue 7, July 2024.
Eight common differentially expressed genes/proteins(DEGs/DEPs) of lung tissues and blood samples were identified, including TYMP, LAP3, ADGRL2, SIL1, LMO7, SULF1, ANXA3 and PACSIN3. They may be associated with the inflammation of tuberculosis patients.
