Evaluation of Large Language Models in the Clinical Management of Patients With Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding: Insights From Real‐World Patient Data

Large language models are evaluated for pre‐endoscopy risk stratification and prediction of endoscopic findings in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Their performance is compared with validated clinical risk scores, conventional machine learning models, and hybrid approaches.
