Radioiodination of Two Carborane‐Based Dual Cyclooxygenase‐2/5‐Lipoxygenase Inhibitors and Their In Vitro and In Vivo Evaluation

open access: yesChemBioChem, Volume 27, Issue 7, 14 April 2026.
Two dicarbadodecaborane(12)‐based dual cyclooxygenase‐2/5‐lipoxygenase (COX‐2/5‐LO) inhibitors were 123I‐labeled. Refinement of labeling and formulation conditions and extensive in vitro characterization are presented. Cell uptake studies in COX‐2‐ and 5‐LO‐overexpressing cell lines showed COX‐2‐independent and partly 5‐LO‐dependent uptake.

Modeling of the stress-strain state of the ground mass contaminated with peracetic acid

open access: yesMATEC Web of Conferences, 2017
None of the methods described previously provides a solution to the problem that deals with the SSS evaluation of the ground mass which is under the influence of chemically active substances and, in particular, under the influence of peracetic acid.

Synthesis and Nucleophilic Reactions of Bifunctional Thiourea S,S,S-Trioxides [PDF]

open access: yes, 1989
The synthesis of bifunctional thioureas and the corresponding thiourea S,S,S-trioxides has been examined. Two methods for the synthesis of the bisthioureas were employed. One involved the treatment of a diamine with silicon tetraisothiocyanate in benzene.

Dispersal of human and plant pathogens biofilms via nitric oxide donors at 4°C [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
Recent studies suggest that nitric oxide donors capable of manipulating nitric oxide-mediated signaling in bacteria could induce dispersal of biofilms.

Reaction of a sterically hindered iron(III) porphyrin with peroxyacetic acid: degradation kinetics [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of the Serbian Chemical Society, 2005
A kinetic analysis of the reaction between peracetic acid (AcOOH), and tetrakis (pentafluorophenyl) - 21H, 23H-porphine iron(III) chloride, Fe(F20TPP)Cl, in acetonitrile showed that the peracetic acid oxidatively destroys Fe(F20TPP)Cl.

PENGGUNAAN ASAM PERASETAT PADA PROSES DELIGNIFIKASI PULP ACETOSOLV DARI AMPAS TEBU DAN BAMBU BETUNG

open access: yesJurnal Teknologi & Industri Hasil Pertanian, 2014
Acetosolv process produced dark pulp because of the high lignin content.  Therefore ,  delignification  process is needed. This process uses peracetic acid to improve pulp qualities.
