In the process of in vitro fertilization (IVF), zygote is considered as normally fertilized when there are two pronuclei (PN), one from sperm and the other from oocyte, and with two polar bodies (PBs).

We present a systematic treatment of perfect fluids with translation and rotation symmetry, which is also applicable in the absence of any type of boost symmetry. It involves introducing a fluid variable, the kinetic mass density , which is needed to define the most general energy-momentum ...

We investigate the asymptotic structure of a random perfect graph $P_n$ sampled uniformly from the perfect graphs on vertex set $\{1,\ldots,n\}$. Our approach is based on the result of Pr\"omel and Steger that almost all perfect graphs are generalised ...

Single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assays for high‐throughput DNA–protein interaction studies
We describe an optimised single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assay that visualises DNA–protein interactions in real time. Linear DNA fragments are tethered to a surface and stretched by buffer flow for fluorescence imaging. Using λ and φX174 DNA, this protocol enhances reproducibility and accessibility, providing a versatile approach for studying diverse ...

Modelling morphosyntactic variation in World Englishes from a register perspective
This paper addresses Miller’s (2000) and Brown and Miller’s (2017) hypothesis that the adverbs just, (n)ever and yet are becoming markers of perfect meaning in spoken English, and this at the expense of weakening semantically and reducing the use of the

Perfect Mixtures of Perfect Measures
It is shown that all the possible cases can arise in the mixture problem with respect to perfectness of probability measures. A characterization of perfectness is obtained through properties of a countably generated sub-$\sigma$-algebra given which there is a regular conditional probability.

Generating perfect fluid spheres in general relativity [PDF]
Ever since Karl Schwarzschild's 1916 discovery of the spacetime geometry describing the interior of a particular idealized general relativistic star -- a static spherically symmetric blob of fluid with position-independent density -- the general ...

Amino acids sequence of two different proteins with the same sequence (chameleon sequence—black boxes) represent in 3D structure of the proteins different secondary structures: HHHH—helical and BBB—Beta‐structural. The chains folded in water environment adopt different III‐order structures in which the chameleon fragments appear to adopt similar status
