Understanding how glomeruli, the kidney's filtration units, function in intact tissue remains challenging. Glomage enables rapid 3D imaging and quantitative analysis of entire glomeruli from zebrafish larvae and mice. This approach allows scalable cell quantification and detection of structural changes, advancing kidney disease research and ...

On diameter perfect constant-weight ternary codes
From cosets of binary Hamming codes we construct diameter perfect constant-weight ternary codes with weight n-1 (where n is the code length) and distances 3 and 5.

Cross‐Modal Denoising and Integration of Spatial Multi‐Omics Data with CANDIES
In this paper, we introduce CANDIES, which leverages a conditional diffusion model and contrastive learning to effectively denoise and integrate spatial multi‐omics data. We conduct extensive evaluations on diverse synthetic and real datasets, CANDIES shows superior performance on various downstream tasks, including denoising, spatial domain ...

Constructions and Performance of Hyperbolic and Semi-Hyperbolic Floquet Codes
We construct families of Floquet codes derived from color-code tilings of closed hyperbolic surfaces. These codes have weight-two check operators, a finite encoding rate and can be decoded efficiently with minimum-weight perfect matching.

High‐throughput screening led to the identification of 67 Z‐scheme heterojunctions (comprising 2D magnetic transition metal halides and non‐magnetic transition metal chalcogenides). For CrI3/MoTe2 and CrI3/WTe2, electronic structure analysis demonstrated that synergistic crystallographic point group and built‐in electric field effects generate a ...

A Characterization of 1-Perfect Additive Codes
The characterization of perfect single-error correcting codes, or 1-perfect codes, is an open question for a long time. Recently, J. Rifà has proved that a binary 1-perfect code can be viewed as a distance compatible structure in F n and an ...

First‐principles calculations reveal that monolayer In2O${\rm In}_2{\rm O}$ hosts type‐II Dirac fermions near the Fermi level, which split into Weyl points under spin‐orbit coupling. The material exhibits negative and giant magnetoresistance, a pronounced spin Hall effect, and phonon‐mediated superconductivity at 1.5 K, establishing it as a unique ...

Parity check systems, perfect codes and codes over Frobenius rings
This thesis consists of five papers related to coding theory. The first four papers are mainly devoted to perfect 1-error correcting binary codes. The fifth paper concerns codes over finite Abelian groups and finite commutative Frobenius rings.

SDS‐CRISPR for Single‐Nucleotide Variant Detection
Structure‐disruption‐sensitive CRISPR (SDS‐CRISPR) converts structural instability into single‐nucleotide precision, thereby overcoming mismatch tolerance in canonical Cas12a and enabling versatile diagnostics across DNA, RNA, and microRNA targets. When applied to rapid IDH1 mutation detection for glioma genotyping and integrated with lateral‐flow ...
