Perfect fluid spacetimes and Yamabe solitons

Journal of Mathematical Physics, 2021
This paper deals with the study of perfect fluid spacetimes. It is proven that a perfect fluid spacetime is Ricci recurrent if and only if the velocity vector field of perfect fluid spacetime is parallel and α = β. In addition, in a stiff matter perfect fluid Yang pure space with p + σ ≠ 0, the integral curves generated by the velocity vector field are

Perfect fluid sources for spatially homogeneous spacetimes

Annals of Physics, 1983
Abstract Spatially homogeneous perfect fluid spacetimes are studied from a point of view which emphasizes the spatial geometry and the action of that subgroup of the spatial gauge group of the three-plus-one formulation of general relativity which is compatible with the spatial homogeneity.

Projective symmetry in perfect fluid spacetimes

Classical and Quantum Gravity, 2002
Summary: Following a study of projective symmetry in Friedmann-Robertson-Walker models in \textit{G. S. Hall} [Classical Quantum Gravity 17, 4637-4644 (2000; Zbl 0988.83015)], it is shown (theorem 2) that the only conformally flat, perfect fluid spacetimes admitting such symmetry are, essentially, (locally) of the Friedmann-Robertson-Walker type.
