Dual‐Band Modulation of Emissivity and Solar Transmittance Through Chemical Composition‐Tuned Asymmetric Layer‐by‐Layer Assembly

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An unconventional asymmetric Layer‐by‐Layer (LbL) assembly technique was developed to fabricate a Fabry‐Pérot (F‐P) resonator, which enhances luminous transmittance (Tlum) and enables dual‐band modulation in both the near‐infrared (NIR) and mid‐infrared (MIR) regions.

An Unconditionally Stable Cylindrical FDTD Method to Analyze the EM Ground Wave Propagation

open access: yesInternational Journal of Antennas and Propagation, 2018
We extended the unconditionally stable associated Hermite (AH) FDTD method to the cylindrical coordinate system for analyzing the electromagnetic (EM) ground wave propagation.

Propagation Operator Based Boundary Condition for Finite Element Analysis

open access: yesIEEE Photonics Journal, 2020
A new efficient boundary condition of finite element method (FEM) by using propagation operator is proposed. In this method, input, and output ports are terminated on their own boundaries instead of using perfectly matched layer (PML) which requires ...

Metalens‐Enabled Twisted Chromatic Dispersion

open access: yesAdvanced Physics Research, EarlyView.
We successfully demonstrate visible broadband twisted dispersion metalenses. As a proof of concept, we realized two distinct devices: the conical helical and the spring‐like dispersion‐controlled metalenses. These results rigorously validate the universality of our approach in customizing arbitrary continuous 3D dispersion trajectories, thereby ...

NUMERICAL ANALYSIS OF NON-REFLECTION BOUNDARY SIMULATION METHOD FOR RADIATION ACOUSTIC FIELD

open access: yesJixie qiangdu, 2019
Boundary condition is an important issue in acoustic calculations, and free acoustic field is often simulated by non-reflection boundary in acoustic calculations.

Design and simulation of Surface Plasmon Resonance based Solid Core Photonic crystal fiber biosensor

open access: yesJournal of Kufa-Physics, 2021
The purpose of a surface plasmon resonance (SPR)-based photonic crystal fiber (PCF) biosensor is to achieve a maximal sensitivity for the detection of unknown analytes. Outside of the PCF, the chemically stable and inert plasmonic material gold (Au) was

Dipole‐Quadrupole Model and Multipole Analysis of Resonant Membrane Metasurfaces

open access: yesLaser &Photonics Reviews, EarlyView.
Membrane metasurfaces, arrays of holes in a dielectric membrane, are appealing because they require no substrate and allow access to resonant near‐fields. However, developing a comprehensive theoretical description for them remains challenging. We introduce a semi‐analytical dipole‐quadrupole approach to analyze their resonant spectra at arbitrary ...

Optical Skyrmions with Tunable or Reconfigurable Topology Using Spin‐Decoupled Metaoptics

open access: yesLaser &Photonics Reviews, EarlyView.
The work introduces advanced optical elements capable of generating and dynamically reconfiguring complex light patterns known as optical skyrmions. By precisely shaping light polarization at the nanoscale, a single engineered metasurface can generate and manipulate robust and tunable polarization textures in an efficient and scalable way.

The CFS-PML for 2D Auxiliary Differential Equation FDTD Method Using Associated Hermite Orthogonal Functions

open access: yesInternational Journal of Antennas and Propagation, 2017
The complex frequency shifted (CFS) perfectly matched layer (PML) is proposed for the two-dimensional auxiliary differential equation (ADE) finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method combined with Associated Hermite (AH) orthogonal functions.
