Calcul du rayonnement acoustique d'onde d'instabilité utilisant une PML (Perfectly Matched Layer)

open access: yes, 2005
In this paper a Perfectly Matched Layer (PML) formulation was tested as boundary condition in linearized Euler’s Equations. Counted among absorbing boundary conditions, it was recently introduced in Computational Aeroacoustics (CAA).

Reduction of Electromagnetic Reflections in 3D Airborne Transient Electromagnetic Modeling: Application of the CFS-PML in Source-Free Media

open access: yesInternational Journal of Antennas and Propagation, 2018
To solve the problem of electromagnetic reflections caused by the termination of finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) grids, we apply the complex frequency-shifted perfectly matched layer (CFS-PML) to airborne transient electromagnetic (ATEM) modeling in

Dielectric‐Confinement‐Induced in‐Plane Photoelectric Anisotropy in Isotropic Quasi‐1D γ‐GaS Nanoribbon

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
We investigate the geometry‐governed optoelectronic anisotropy arising from dielectric confinement in quasi‐1D γ‐GaS nanoribbons with intrinsically isotropic atomic structures. Dielectric mismatch between the nanoribbon and its surroundings leads to a general polarization‐dependent photoresponse during near‐field scattering.

Programmable Elastic Wave Control Via Mechanical‐Acoustic Interaction in Bistable Metamaterials

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A mechanically programmable metamaterial based on mechanical‐acoustic interaction enables reconfigurable elastic wave control through bistable state switching. Spatial encoding of peak and valley states tunes band structures and transmission, achieving low‐frequency vibration suppression, waveguiding, and energy localization.

NUMERICAL ANALYSIS OF NON-REFLECTION BOUNDARY SIMULATION METHOD FOR RADIATION ACOUSTIC FIELD

open access: yesJixie qiangdu, 2019
Boundary condition is an important issue in acoustic calculations, and free acoustic field is often simulated by non-reflection boundary in acoustic calculations.

An Unconditionally Stable Cylindrical FDTD Method to Analyze the EM Ground Wave Propagation

open access: yesInternational Journal of Antennas and Propagation, 2018
We extended the unconditionally stable associated Hermite (AH) FDTD method to the cylindrical coordinate system for analyzing the electromagnetic (EM) ground wave propagation.

Propagation Operator Based Boundary Condition for Finite Element Analysis

open access: yesIEEE Photonics Journal, 2020
A new efficient boundary condition of finite element method (FEM) by using propagation operator is proposed. In this method, input, and output ports are terminated on their own boundaries instead of using perfectly matched layer (PML) which requires ...

Ultrasonic Rainbow: A Meta‐Transducer for Frequency‐Selective Elastic Wave Control via Dithering‐Based Wavenumber Tuning

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Systems, EarlyView.
A piezoelectric meta‐transducer generates an ultrasonic rainbow, steering guided elastic waves to different angles according to frequency. A dithering‐based binary electrode design enables a closer realization of the target wavenumber filter, improving directional purity and suppressing unwanted lobes. Numerical and experimental validation demonstrates
