ASSIST: Refinement of a Benefits Navigator Intervention Among Low‐Income Pediatric Oncology Families
ABSTRACT Background/Objectives Children with cancer living in poverty experience worse survival and quality of life. Interventions connecting low‐income families to benefits (e.g., Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program [SNAP] improve health outcomes; yet nearly 50% of SNAP‐eligible pediatric oncology families are unenrolled.

Embryo‐like structures (stembryos) are an innovative tool, but they are hindered by experimental variability and limited developmental potential. DNA methylation is crucial for mammalian development, but its status in stembryo models is poorly characterized.

Digraph Coloring Games and Game-Perfectness [PDF]
In this thesis the game chromatic number of a digraph is introduced as a game-theoretic variant of the dichromatic number. This notion generalizes the well-known game chromatic number of a graph.

Colour number, capacity and perfectness of directed graphs. [PDF]
We introduce a new concept of chromatic number for directed graphs, called the colour number and use it to upper bound the transitive clique number and the Sperner capacity of arbitrary directed graphs.

Note on quantum entanglement and quantum geometry
In this note we present preliminary study on the relation between the quantum entanglement of boundary states and the quantum geometry in the bulk in the framework of spin networks.

Perfect matchings and perfect squares
The author investigates (perfect) matchings of a large class of graphs with 4-fold rotational symmetry. It is proved by mostly combinatorial arguments that the number of such matchings is always a square or double a square. This result has an interesting application to tilings by dominoes.

Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...

Many patients with urothelial cancer do not benefit from treatment with pembrolizumab, while at risk of severe side effects. Changes in the levels of circulating tumor DNA early during treatment, measured by a simple and affordable assay that can be easily implemented in the clinic, can be used as a prognostic tool to identify these patients.

A note on strong and co-strong perfectness of the X-join of graphs [PDF]
Strongly perfect graphs were introduced by C. Berge and P. Duchet in [1]. In [4], [3] the following was studied: the problem of strong perfectness for the Cartesian product, the tensor product, the symmetrical difference of n, n ≥ 2, graphs and for the ...
