The interaction between trophoblasts and decidual polymorphonuclear myeloid‐derived suppressor cells (dPMN‐MDSCs) via the XCL1–XCR1 axis is crucial for fetal development during the third trimester. Disruption of this axis impairs FOXO1 activity and causes metabolic imbalance in dPMN‐MDSCs, contributing to adverse outcomes associated with advanced ...

Abstract TP53 mutations are found in over 50% of tumor types, including myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs). MPNs are characterized by a chronic phase, which may progress to secondary acute myeloid leukemia (sAML). Here, we discuss the physiological functions of p53 in hematopoiesis and its deregulation in MPNs.

ABSTRACT Background and Aims Evidence supporting the association between anaemia and lower iron intakes during pregnancy with an increased risk of childhood asthma remains unclear. This study aimed to investigate whether (i) lower haemoglobin or anaemia in late pregnancy and (ii) lower mean dietary iron intake in pregnancy were associated with a higher

Abstract Objective Early detection of hypoxic–ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) in neonates is critical. We conducted a pilot cohort study to determine the feasibility of collecting umbilical cord blood samples for neurofilament light (NfL) and to assess the association of NfL with non‐reassuring fetal status and other cord biomarkers. We aimed to address (

Abstract Objective The optimal delivery approach for fetal growth restriction (FGR) with pathological cerebroplacental ratio (CPR) remains uncertain. This study evaluated the association between isolated pathological CPR (<5th percentile) and delivery outcomes, specifically the rate of cesarean delivery (CD) due to non‐reassuring fetal heart rate ...
