Stimulator of interferon genes agonist augmented antitumor immunity of osimertinib in Egfr‐mutated lung cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Combining osimertinib with the STING agonist ADU‐S100 activates innate and adaptive immunity to overcome the non‐inflamed microenvironment of Egfr‐mutant lung cancer. This combination increases NK and CD8+ T‐cell infiltration, associated with activation of the STING‐IRF3 pathway and local immunogenic cell death.

The quadrangle graph operator

open access: yesMathematics Open
The cycle graph of a graph G is the graph [Formula: see text] whose vertices are the induced cycles of G and where two vertices are adjacent if and only if they are distinct induced cycles that share a common edge.

Periodic Pattern Detection Algorithms for Personal Trajectory Data Based on Spatiotemporal Multi-Granularity

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2019
Identifying periodic patterns in individuals' trajectories is the basis of location awareness and personalized location services. It can help us understand personal behaviors.

A novel quinazolinone insulin receptor inhibitor and its synergy with an EGFR inhibitor in glucose‐driven glioblastoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in

Balancing related methods for minimal realization of periodic systems [PDF]

open access: yes, 1999
We propose balancing related numerically reliable methods to compute minimal realizations of linear periodic systems with time-varying dimensions. The first method belongs to the family of square-root methods with guaranteed enhanced computational ...

Computation of Generalized Inverses of Periodic Systems [PDF]

open access: yes, 2004
We address the numerically reliable computation of generalized inverses of periodic systems. The underlying inverses are defined via the corresponding lifted repesentations.

Cancer‐associated mutations in endometriosis reframe a benign disease through molecular oncology

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This review aims to comprehensively analyse cancer‐associated somatic mutations (CAMs) present in endometriotic lesions, emphasizing their biological roles, spatial distribution and implications for translational applications in medicine. By contextualizing a benign state within a genomic framework, this analysis seeks to establish its value as a ...

Theory of Periodic Sequence: A Highly-Efficient Signal Integrity Modeling for Ultra-broadband Transmission Lines

open access: yesElectromagnetic Science
This work introduces and investigates a highly efficient eye diagram model, called the periodic eye diagram (PED), for assessing the performance of ultra-broadband transmission lines from the perspective of signal integrity. The PED model is based on the

The Formal Inverse of the Period-Doubling Sequence

open access: yesCoRR, 2018
If $p$ is a prime number, consider a $p$-automatic sequence $(u_n)_{n\ge 0}$, and let $U(X) = \sum_{n\ge 0} u_n X^n \in \mathbb{F}_p[[X]]$ be its generating function. Assume that there exists a formal power series $V(X) = \sum_{n\ge 0} v_n X^n \in \mathbb{F}_p[[X]]$ which is the compositional inverse of $U$, i.e., $U(V(X))=X=V(U(X))$.

Balanced truncation model reduction of periodic systems [PDF]

open access: yes, 2000
The balanced truncation approach to model reduction is considered for linear discrete-time periodic systems with time-varying dimensions. Stability of the reduced model is proved and a guaranteed additive bound is derived for the approximation error ...
