Polycarbonate nanogels enable lipid‐free delivery of anti‐MFAP‐5 siRNA into cancer‐associated fibroblasts (CAF) in hepatocellular carcinoma. In a cirrhotic murine model, this approach silences MFAP‐5, reduces fibroblast activation, and suppresses tumor growth by inhibiting NOTCH/Hes1‐driven angiogenesis. Alkyltriphenylphosphonium Binding to Cardiolipin Triggers Oncosis in Cancer Cells

Alkyltriphenylphosphonium, exemplified by TPP+‐C14, preferentially accumulates in mitochondria and selectively binds to cardiolipin, a key phospholipid of the inner mitochondrial membrane, causing loss of mitochondrial membrane potential, severe cellular ATP depletion, and calcium imbalance.

Consensus Formation and Change are Enhanced by Neutrality

Neutral agents are shown to enhance both the formation and overturning of consensus in collective decision‐making. A general mathematical model and experiments with locusts and humans reveal that neutrality enables robust consensus via simple interactions and accelerates consensus change by reducing effective population size.
