Changes in Fall Risk After Total Hip Arthroplasty for Dysplastic Hip Osteoarthritis
Total hip arthroplasty reduced fall risk in patients with dysplastic hip osteoarthritis at high fall risk. Older age, low preoperative lumbar lordosis, and postoperative perceived leg length discrepancy were associated with higher postoperative fall risk.
