Case: A 53-year-old man with diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and end-stage renal disease on hemodialysis presented with abdominal pain, bloating, and diarrhea. Abdominal computed tomography demonstrated massive ascites, diffuse peritoneal thickening, and lymphadenopathies.
