Real‐Time in Vivo Monitoring of Circulating Endometrial Cells: Uncovering Systemic Dissemination and Temporal Fluctuations in Endometriosis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A dual‐color pseudo‐menstrual mouse model enables real‐time tracing of circulating endometrial cells (CECs) from uterine and ectopic sources. The study reveals menstrual‐phase‐dependent, burst‐like CEC release, distinct postoperative behaviors of different CEC origins, and a potential association with prolactin fluctuations, providing an in vivo ...

Aderências peritoneais em eqüinos: tratamento profilático com carboximetilcelulose Peritoneal adhesions in horses: prophylactic treatment with carboxymethylcelullose

CXCL10/SLC11A1 Axis Exacerbates Septic Liver Injury by Regulating Neutrophil Extracellular Traps Formation to Drive Macrophage Pro‑Inflammatory Polarization

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In sepsis‐induced liver injury, marked neutrophil infiltration correlates with disease severity. Neutrophil SLC11A1 drives intracellular Fe2+ and ROS via the Fenton reaction, promoting NETs formation. Hepatocyte‐derived CXCL10 recruits neutrophils and activates the JAK/STAT1/SLC11A1 axis, enhancing NETs‐mediated inflammation.

Inhalable ROS‐Responsive Nanospray Activates PPAR‐γ to Restore Macrophage Mitochondrial Homeostasis and Attenuate Radiation‐Induced Lung Injury

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A nebulized nanoassembly alleviates radiation‐induced lung injury by reprogramming macrophages through coordinated ROS scavenging, NAD+ replenishment, and PPAR‐γ activation. Redox balance, mitochondrial homeostasis, and immune regulation are restored, revealing a microenvironment‐centered strategy for localized radioprotection.

Reply to “Reassessing the Proposed Creatine–PrP Axis in Endometriosis: Methodological and Mechanistic Considerations”

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT This Correspondence is a formal response to the Comment by Dr. Machado regarding our publication “Creatine Promotes Endometriosis by Inducing Ferroptosis Resistance via Suppression of PrP.” We address several conceptual concerns raised in the Comment and clarify the physiological relevance of creatine concentrations, the methodological ...

Chimeric IL‐6/4R‐LL37 Engineered Macrophages Achieve Synchronized Inflammation Control and Antimicrobial Defence in Sepsis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Engineered macrophages programmed in situ by LNP‐delivered IL‐6/4 fusion and LL37 mRNAs simultaneously dampen cytokine storm, promote M2‐like repair, and enhance direct bacterial killing in sepsis. This combinatorial strategy restores T cell and macrophage function, lowers organ bacterial burden, and improves survival, highlighting a precision, host ...
