Improving virtual team's well-being and productivity by following Seligman's PERMA model
The aim of this thesis is threefold. Firstly, it aims at extending the knowledge on positive psychology in general and positive psychology interventions based on Seligman’s Well-Being Theory that suggested five elements of well-being (positive emotions, engagement, meaning, relationships, and accomplishment).
