Estimation of permeation probability in plasma driven permeation
Fusion Engineering and Design, 1998Abstract Hydrogen permeation experiments were carried out with different thickness of Ni membranes; 20, 50 and 200 μm, pre-conditioned for the same surface conditions. Hydrogen plasma was created by ECR heating and plasma driven permeation (PDP) through the Ni membrane of 523 K was investigated.

A REVIEW OF PERMEATION TUBES AND PERMEATORS
Separation and Purification Methods, 2000In this review, the basic principles underlying the design and application of permeation tubes and permeators are discussed. The fundamental theory is cast in terms of Fick's Laws and Henry's law. The various types of polymer materials and permeation tube devices are then discussed, with a view toward the final application of the devices.
