Permeation characteristics of tetracyclines in parallel artificial membrane permeation assay
The purpose of the present study was to characterize the passive permeation of tetracyclines in the parallel artificial membrane permeation assay (PAMPA). Tetracyclines exist as zwitterion at physiological pH. The PAMPA membrane was prepared by impregnating a phospholipid/decane solution to a filter support.

On the mechanism of helium permeation through silica glass
Although the densities of crystal quartz and vitreous silica differ only by about 17% (2.65 and 2.20 g/cm3, respectively), the helium permeability of silica glass is six orders more elevated than that of crystal quartz.

Freeze‐drying of layered silicate is the key to get coatings with superior gas barrier. Freeze‐drying of layered silicates modified with dodecylamine (DDA) is a highly effective technique for the preparation of barrier pigments that significantly mitigate the permeation of oxygen, water vapor, and hydrogen through polymer films containing these ...

A near infrared‐responsive microscale cantilever is developed using a 3D‐printable composite based on photocurable resin consisting of sepiolite and graphene flakes. The material absorbs 1064 nm light, causing shape transformation with an average displacement of 1.3 mm in 1.7 s. Displacement is measured via video recording.

PBTTT‐OR‐R, a C14‐alkoxy/alkyl‐PBTTT polymer derivative, is of substantial interest for optoelectronics due to its specific fullerene intercalation behavior and enhanced charge‐transfer absorption. Comparing this polymer with (S) and without (O) homocoupling defects reveals that PBTTT‐OR‐R(O) forms stable co‐crystals with PC61BM, while PBTTT‐OR‐R(S ...

Effects of Different Spray Adjuvants on the Permeation of Dinotefuran in Rice Leaves
This study investigated the efficacy of three spray adjuvants (Coerce, Wetcit, and Silwet408) in enhancing dinotefuran permeation in rice leaves. Different concentrations of these adjuvants were tested using an external standard method.
