Chiral perturbation theory for GR
We describe a new perturbation theory for General Relativity, with the chiral first-order Einstein-Cartan action as the starting point. Our main result is a new gauge-fixing procedure that eliminates the connection-to-connection propagator.

Chiral Perturbation Theory [PDF]
This review gives a brief introduction to chiral perturbation theory in its various settings. We discuss some applications of recent interest, including chiral extrapolations for lattice gauge theory.

The perturbation theory of matrix mechanics based on its canonical transformations
We elucidate that the canonical transformations of matrix mechanics are just the transformations of different representations of the standard quantum mechanics, reproduce the non-degenerate, degenerate and time-dependent perturbation theory in three men ...

Alchemical perturbation density functional theory
We introduce an orbital-free electron density functional approximation based on alchemical perturbation theory. Given convergent perturbations of a suitable reference system, the accuracy of popular self-consistent Kohn-Sham density functional estimates ...

Conformal perturbation theory [PDF]
Statistical systems near a classical critical point have been intensively studied both from theoretical and experimental points of view. In particular, correlation functions are of relevance in comparing theoretical models with the experimental data of ...

Chiral Perturbation Theory [PDF]
An introduction to the methods and ideas of Chiral Perturbation Theory is presented in this talk. The discussion is illustrated with some phenomenological predictions that can be compared with available experimental results.Comment: 16 pages, 4 ...

Lattice perturbation theory [PDF]
The consideration of quantum fields defined on a spacetime lattice provides computational techniques which are invaluable for studying gauge theories nonperturbatively from first principles. Perturbation theory is an essential aspect of computations on the lattice, especially for investigating the behavior of lattice theories near the continuum limit ...

Amplitude/operator basis in chiral perturbation theory
We establish a systematic construction of the on-shell amplitude/operator basis for Chiral Perturbation Theory (ChPT) in D = 4 spacetime dimensions and with an arbitrary number of flavors N f .
