N 6 -methyl-adenosine level in Nicotiana tabacum is associated with tobacco mosaic virus

open access: yesVirology Journal, 2018
Background N 6 -methyl-adenosine (m6A) is a prevalent RNA modification in many species. Abnormal m6A methylation levels can lead to RNA dysfunction and can cause diseases. Tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) is one of the most devastating viruses for agricultural

Binding proteins of destruxin A from Metarhizium against insect cell

open access: yesBMC Microbiology, 2023
Destruxin A (DA) is a cyclo-hexadepsipeptidic insecticidal mycotoxin isolated from the entomopathogenic fungi, Metarhizium spp. However, its mode of action is unknown. In this study, we isolated 149 candidate DA-binding proteins by drug affinity response

Durable Physically Mixed Microporous and Mesoporous MOFs/Nanofiber Aerogel 3D Composites for Effective Toxic Gas Capture and Organophosphonate Detoxification

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Ultralight 3D nanofibrous aerogels embedded with metal‐organic frameworks effectively capture and neutralize toxic gases and organophosphonates. Incorporating mesoporous UiO‐66‐NH2 and HKUST‐1 into PAN/PVP fibers enables high MOF loading while maintaining mechanical strength and structural stability.

Three‐Dimensional Hierarchical Nanowire‐Networks with Deep‐Focus Tolerance and Adhesion Robustness for Harsh‐Environment SERS Sensing

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A 3D nanowire‐network SERS substrate with robust adhesion is developed, featuring pronounced z‐direction optical activity, ultralow detection limit (1.5 × 10−13 M), and excellent signal uniformity (RSD < 10%). Enabled by enhanced light scattering, increased optical density of states, and structural reinforcement, the substrate demonstrates stable, high‐
