Pesticides: Classification, Detection, and Degradation
, 2019 Extensive and excessive use of organic pesticides poses a serious threat to the environment. The degradation products of most organic pesticides are far more toxic than the parent compound. The toxic effect of common pesticides, their degradation mechanisms, and common detection techniques are evaluated here.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.In this work, cyanobacteria‐inspired sodium alginate (SA)/Cu‐TiO2/Fe3O4 hydrogel micromotors generate and encapsulate O2 microvesicles upon light irradiation, enabling buoyancy‐mediated Z‐axis upward migration and surface enrichment at the light‐exposed water‐air surface.

Applied Economic Perspectives and Policy, EarlyView.ABSTRACT Gene editing (GE) is gaining momentum worldwide, but limited data on UK farmers' preferences hinders our understanding of its potential impact amid deregulation debates. Based on a survey of 200 English arable farmers, we employ a Latent Class Analysis and Multinomial Logit regressions to investigate current preferences for GE crops.
