Medicago Sativa L. Saponin‐Driven Lactobacillus Intestinalis Restores Intestinal Stemness in Naturally Aged Mice via the Bile Acid‐FXR‐Wnt Signaling Axis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study examines the mechanism by which alfalfa saponin (AS) regulates intestinal stemness via modulation of the gut microbiota. The results indicate that AS significantly increases the abundance of Lactobacillus intestinalis, which subsequently activates Wnt signaling via bile acid metabolism and enhances intestinal stemness. These findings provide

Exogenous choline chloride enhances salt tolerance in wheat and its underlying physiological mechanisms

open access: yesFrontiers in Plant Science
Soil salinity is a major abiotic stress that seriously impairs crop growth and development, limiting global food production. As a primary staple food, wheat reduced grain yield and quality under salt stress, posing significant challenges to food security.

Chitosan-oligosaccharide alleviates chlorpyrifos-induced biochemical and developmental toxicity and reduces its accumulation in wheat (Triticum aestivum L.)

open access: yesEcotoxicology and Environmental Safety
Chlorpyrifos (CHP) contamination affects agricultural land and poses significant risks to plants and humans. Chitosan-oligosaccharide (COS) enhances plant resilience under stress and boosts the activity of enzymes metabolizing exogenous substances.

Enzyme Immobilization by Hydrogen‐Bonded Organic Framework for the Construction of Plant‐Wearable Sensor

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
By modulating the charge of acetylcholinesterase, it is encapsulated within HOF materials, thereby enhancing its stability and maintaining its activity. Subsequently, the composite material is embedded in a glycerol‐sodium alginate gel, achieving the long‐term monitoring of pesticides.

Toward Sustainable Pesticide Application: Bridging Efficacy and Food Safety

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A fully bio‐based lignin coacervate system is developed for pesticide delivery, enhancing leaf retention, UV resistance, adhesion, and wetting. The formulation enables pH/laccase‐triggered release for prolonged action, reduces ecological toxicity, and is fully washable, reconciling agricultural efficacy with food and environmental safety.

Enhanced Recognition via Defect Engineered Amorphous Metal–Organic Framework for Sensitive and Stable Pesticide Biosensor

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A defect‐engineered assembly strategy is reported for the in situ encapsulation of acetylcholinesterase (AChE) into amorphous MOF‐74, endowing the composite with superior catalytic activity and target recognition capability. Leveraging these structural advantages, a sensitive and stable biosensor is constructed for the detection of paraoxon pesticide ...
