Elektronenmikroskopische Untersuchungen an den Chordazellen von Petromyzon

Die Chordazellen von 30–40 cm langen Neunaugen (Petromyzon) wurden nach Osmium- und Kaliumpermanganatfixierung elektronenmikroskopisch untersucht. Das Chordaepithel (Chordoblasten) hat ein stark ausgepragtes endoplasmatisches Retikulum mit Paladegranulabesatz, das an das Ergastoplasma von eiweissezernierenden Drusenzellen erinnert.
