Density of Tree-Ring Grids in Western North America

open access: yes, 1982
The separating distance over which tree-ring chronologies are significantly correlated is investigated. Any chronology occuring within a radius of 161 km of another is estimated to contain at least half of the common variance occurring at zero separating

Multiplex Modular Nanorobotic Systems with Catalytic Activity under Magnetic Navigation

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
We present modular nanorobots composed of a magnetic propulsion module and different extension modules carrying functional activities, assembled via DNA base pairing. The system integrates propulsion, optical tracking, enzymatic catalysis, and cell docking in a programmable manner.

Solid State and Solution Study on the Formation of Inorganic Anion Complexes with a Series of Tetrazine-Based Ligands

open access: yesMolecules, 2019
Four molecules (L1−L4) constituted by an s-tetrazine ring appended with two identical aliphatic chains of increasing length bearing terminal morpholine groups were studied as anion receptors in water. The basicity properties of these molecules were

Selecting and Characterizing Tree-Ring Chronologies for Dendroclimatic Analysis

open access: yes, 1975
A widely spaced grid of tree-ring chronologies most suitable for dendroclimatic analysis of western North America is selected objectively on the basis of 1) numbers in the sample, length in years, and site locations, 2) statistical characteristics of the

Achieving High ON State Current through Ferroelectric Polarization‐Dependent Interfacial Resistance Switching in Undoped Orthorhombic HfO2 Films

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Ferroelectric tunnel junction devices based on epitaxial undoped ferroelectric HfO2 films demonstrate stable switching endurance of over 106 switching cycles, low write voltages of ±3 V, 16 measured resistance states, and neuromorphic capability.

Tree-Ring Skeleton Plotting by Computer

open access: yes, 1979
Skeleton plotting is an established manual technique for representing the relative narrowness of tree rings in a single radius. These plots can be used as a visual aid to crossdating.

Dual‐Function Interface Engineering for δ‐Phase‐Free Crystallization Toward Efficient and Stable FAPbI3 Perovskite Solar Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This work presents a dual‐function interface engineering strategy using PEACl to suppress the formation of the non‐perovskite δ‐FAPbI3 phase at the critical SnO2 buried interface. This approach enables the direct crystallization of the photoactive α‐phase, yielding highly efficient and stable rigid (25.6%) and flexible perovskite solar cells with ...
