A biomimetic hydrogel derived from neonatal spinal cord ECM (DNSCM) delivers LAMB2 protein and ISP peptide to remodel the inhibitory injury microenvironment. The system sustains drug release, upregulates pro‐regenerative LAMB2, downregulates inhibitory CSPG, and promotes axonal regeneration.

Microfabricated Anisotropic Myobundles for the Scalable Production of Cardiac Tissue Grafts
Controlling the anisotropy of cardiac tissue remains an outstanding challenge in the field of cardiac tissue engineering. Here, we introduce an approach to generate anisotropic cardiac myobundles using cell‐adhesive, synthetic, electrospun fibers and stem cell‐derived cardiac fibroblasts.

Mechanical and Electrical Phenotype of hiPSC‐Cardiomyocytes on Fibronectin‐Based Hydrogels
We introduce fibronectin‐based PEG hydrogels with controlled rigidity to enable the culture of iPSC‐derived cardiomyocytes. These substrates offer an alternative to the current culture of these cells on fibronectin‐coated glass, providing enhanced structural and functional behavior. The system provides a more physiologically relevant platform to assess

Effect of PFA on strength and water absorption of mortar. [PDF]
Partial replacement of cement by mineral admixtures or pozzolans can possibly improve the durability of mortar which directly related to its water absorption. Pulverized Fuel Ash (PFA) is one of the pozzolans that is locally available. Laboratory studies

Comparison of room times between pulsed-field ablation and very high-power short-duration ablation
Background: Pulsed-field ablation (PFA) has shown promise in improving atrial fibrillation (AF) ablation efficiency by reducing skin-to-skin procedure times while maintaining safety compared with advanced radiofrequency methods such as very high-power ...

Aqueous Two‐Phase Bioinks for Discrete Packing and Compartmentalization of 3D Bioprinted Cells
Aqueous two‐phase systems (ATPS) enable the formation of biomimetic interfaces crucial for tissue engineering. However, clinical translation remains limited by the challenge of precisely controlling cellular compartmentalization. Here, we developed ATPS biomaterial inks for 3D bioprinting allowing tuneable droplet formation via NaCl modulation.
