Selective laser sintering (SLS) and fused deposition modeling (FDM) are combined to prepare intestine‐targeted tablets with controlled drug release. The SLS‐printed core contains a model drug. The FDM‐printed coating shell modifies drug release and increases tablet mechanical resistance.
