Quality control of embedded-type phase-shift mask

SPIE Proceedings, 1995
We have been developing the technology for phase shift masks since 1991 in order to supply the reticles for 64 MDRAM generation and after. We are still developing both the alternative and embedded types fori-line. The embedded type is suitable for ASIC and contact hole. Now, we are reaching an adequate supply of embedded type PSMs for practical use.

Class-E combined-converter by phase-shift control

20th Annual IEEE Power Electronics Specialists Conference, 2003
A class-E combined converter using phase-shift control is proposed that can be easily regulated for both wide load and wide line-voltage variations while the switching frequency and the tank resonant frequency are both fixed. A steady-state analysis is presented. Good performance is verified by experiments. >

A Constant Impedance Voltage-controlled Phase-shift Network

Radio and Electronic Engineer, 1965
A voltage-controlled phase-shift network is presented in which a continuous change in phase of up to 60 deg per section may be obtained at constant impedance in the h.f. and v.h.f. range. Theoretical and experimental results are compared for two typical circuits, operating at 1 Mc/s and 80 Mc/s, which have an insertion loss of less than 1 dB, and a ...

Phase shift control of zero-voltage-ripple rectifier

Proceedings of the 44th IEEE 2001 Midwest Symposium on Circuits and Systems. MWSCAS 2001 (Cat. No.01CH37257), 2002
As miniaturization of electronic device and complication of communication system progressed, downsizing and high efficiency are desired on power circuits. A zero-voltage-ripple rectifier can miniaturize the LC low-pass-filter, because its circuit structure negates AC components of switch current which causes output voltage-ripple.

Stable adaptive controller design for uncertain phase shift

IFAC Proceedings Volumes, 2004
Abstract In order to construct stable adaptive control systems, several assumptions are needed, and those require some prior information of unknown plants, such as degrees and relative degrees. However, those assumptions sometimes become too restrictive, since it is difficult to obtain reasonable estimations of those indices a priori for unknown ...
