Targeted modulation of IGFL2‐AS1 reveals its translational potential in cervical adenocarcinoma
Cervical adenocarcinoma patients face worse outcomes than squamous cell carcinoma counterparts despite similar treatment. The identification of IGFL2‐AS1's differential expression provides a molecular basis for distinguishing these histotypes, paving the way for personalized therapies and improved survival in vulnerable populations globally.

We utilize a time-periodic ratchet-like potential modulation imposed onto a two-dimensional electron system inside a GaAs/Al$_x$Ga$_{1-x}$As heterostructure to evoke a net dc pumping current. The modulation is induced by two sets of interdigitated gates,

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Method and apparatus for quadriphase-shift-key and linear phase modulation [PDF]
A submultiple of an S-band transmitter output frequency was divided equally between a linear phase modulation branch and a QPSK modulation branch. The linear modulation branch includes a multiplier to increase the carrier frequency to a level which, when

Superfast multifrequency phase-shifting technique with optimal pulse width modulation
The technique of generating sinusoidal fringe patterns by defocusing squared binary structured ones has numerous merits for high-speed three-dimensional (3D) shape measurement. However, it is challenging for this method to realize a multifrequency phase-shifting (MFPS) algorithm because it is difficult to simultaneously generate high-quality sinusoidal

COMP–PMEPA1 axis promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition in breast cancer cells
This study reveals that cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP) promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) in breast cancer. We identify PMEPA1 (protein TMEPAI) as a novel COMP‐binding partner that mediates EMT via binding to the TSP domains of COMP, establishing the COMP–PMEPA1 axis as a key EMT driver in breast cancer.

Large phase modulation of THz wave via an enhanced resonant active HEMT metasurface
Terahertz (THz) science and technology promise unique applications in high-speed communications, high-accuracy imaging, and so on. To keep up with the demand for THz systems, THz dynamic devices should feature large phase shift modulation and high speed.

Steering the propagation of finite-energy Airy beam by spatial phase modulation
The effect of spatial phase modulation on the propagation of finite-energy Airy beam (FEAB) is investigated. A sinusoidal phase is introduced on a FEAB and the propagation behavior is analyzed in Kerr medium by numerical simulation.

Direct quadrature phase shift keying modulator using six-port technology
A direct quadrature phase shift keying modulator based on six-port technology is presented. The modulator comprises a six-port circuit, a switch matrix and open and short terminations. Using this modulator, direct phase shift keying modulation was achieved.

Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated
