Disclosing differential precipitation behavior of a novel high Mg-containing Al-Mg-Zn-Si alloy
The application of traditional Al-Mg-Zn alloy in aerospace field is limited due to poor corrosion resistance for β-phase at grain boundaries and low strength for the lack of T phase.

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

Local mobility variations along recrystallization boundaries
Understanding recrystallization boundary migration mechanisms is crucial for materials design. However, the lack of comprehensive mobility data for high-angle grain boundaries in typical polycrystalline samples has impeded gaining insights into the ...

This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

Unsolved problems in the lowermost mantle [PDF]
Many characteristics of D '' layer may be attributed to the recently discovered MgSiO3 post-perovskite phase without chemical heterogeneities. They include a sharp discontinuity at the top of D '', regional variation in seismic anisotropy, and a steep ...

Phase Space for Gravity With Boundaries
This explanatory note, based on the geometrical method by Kijovski and Tulczyjew, describes the construction of the reduced phase space of Lagrangian field theories, i.e., the correct space of initial conditions with its symplectic structure. Several examples and, in particular, the case of four-dimensional gravity in the coframe formalism (Palatini ...

Pair‐wise comparison of the CellSearch and FETCH enrichment technologies for circulating tumor cells (CTCs) from metastatic breast, prostate, and small cell lung cancer patients shows an increased capture of CTCs using FETCH enrichment. The clinical implementation of circulating tumor cells (CTCs) as a predictive tool for therapy efficacy in the ...

Matched spatial transcriptomics and single‐nuclei RNA‐seq were generated for anaplastic and BRAFV600E papillary thyroid cancers revealing generic and tumor‐specific states occurring in cancer cells and in the tumor microenvironment. In this context, cancer dedifferentiation mirrored organoid maturation through ordered thyroid marker gain/loss ...
