Analysis and Application of Taylor-Kalman Filters Under a Distorted Grid Condition
The Taylor-Kalman filter (TKF) is a linear filter that can be modeled using either an accurately modeled TKF (known as the modified TKF) or an approximately modeled TKF.

A Modification to Phase Estimation for Distributed Scatterers in InSAR Data Stacks
To improve the spatial density and quality of measurement points in multitemporal interferometric synthetic aperture radar, distributed scatterers (DSs) should be processed.

Fluorescent probes allow dynamic visualization of phosphoinositides in living cells (left), whereas mass spectrometry provides high‐sensitivity, isomer‐resolved quantitation (right). Their synergistic use captures complementary aspects of lipid signaling. This review illustrates how these approaches reveal the spatiotemporal regulation and quantitative

The Ile181Asn variant of human UDP‐xylose synthase (hUXS1), associated with a short‐stature genetic syndrome, has previously been reported as inactive. Our findings demonstrate that Ile181Asn‐hUXS1 retains catalytic activity similar to the wild‐type but exhibits reduced stability, a looser oligomeric state, and an increased tendency to precipitate ...

We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

Autocorrelation Function of Full-Response CPM Signals and Its Application to Synchronization
Two types of the autocorrelation functions of the full-response continuous phase modulation (CPM) signal are investigated in the paper, the autocorrelation functions are proven to be periodic functions when the modulation index of the CPM signal is h=1 ...

Calpain small subunit homodimerization is robust and calcium‐independent
Calpains dimerize via penta‐EF‐hand (PEF) domains. Using single‐molecule force spectroscopy, we measured the strength and kinetics of PEF–PEF homodimer binding. The interaction is robust, shows a transient conformational step before dissociation, and remains largely insensitive to Ca2+.
