Ionospheric Phase Compensation for InSAR Measurements Based on the Faraday Rotation Inversion Method

open access: yesSensors, 2020
The ionospheric error can significantly affect the synthetic aperture radar (SAR) signals, particularly in the case of L band and lower frequency SAR systems. The ionospheric distortions are mixed with terrain and ground deformation signals, lowering the

Design of Plane Wave Generator Based on Strong Robust Inverse Radiation Problem Solving Method

open access: yesFrontiers in Physics, 2022
In this manuscript, we reconsider the amplitude and phase combination of the plane-wave generator (PWG) from an electromagnetic field inverse radiation perspective and further propose a new method based on the Gauss-Newton inversion (GNI) to perform the ...

Feedback remover on the sound system using inverse phase method

open access: yesIOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering, 2021
Abstract Currently, almost all activities carried out by all parties are inseparable from the sound system. With the sound system, it is not necessary to speak loudly. There are several types of sound systems or models, ranging from the cheapest to the most expensive, with the usual quality up to good.

IMPDH inhibition enhances cytarabine efficacy in SAMHD1‐expressing leukaemia cells via guanine nucleotide depletion

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.

Full waveform inversion based on deep learning and the phase-preserving symplectic partitioned Runge-Kutta method

open access: yesFrontiers in Earth Science
To obtain more accurate full waveform inversion results, we present a forward modeling method with minimal phase error, low numerical dispersion, and high computational efficiency.

KDM7A and KDM1A inhibition suppresses tumour promoting pathways in prostate cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Treatment resistance is a major challenge for patients with advanced prostate cancer. This study examined an alternative approach to target the major prostate cancer‐promoting pathway by targeting epigenetic factors, whose levels are higher in tumours.

Retrieval of canopy component temperatures through Bayesian inversion of directional thermal measurements [PDF]

open access: yes, 2009
Evapotranspiration is usually estimated in remote sensing from single temperature value representing both soil and vegetation. This surface temperature is an aggregate over multiple canopy components.

Preparation of nanocapsules containing organic dye by the phase inversion temperature method

open access: yesStudies in Science and Technology, 2018
Composite colorants that incorporate organic dye and suitable polymeric matrixes have drawn much interest in recent years. In this study, the nanoencapsulated organic dye are prepared by the phase inversion temperature (PIT) method, which is one of low ...

Flow Enabled Target Capture Halbach‐based magnetic enrichment increases circulating tumor cell capture from blood in metastatic cancer patients

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Pair‐wise comparison of the CellSearch and FETCH enrichment technologies for circulating tumor cells (CTCs) from metastatic breast, prostate, and small cell lung cancer patients shows an increased capture of CTCs using FETCH enrichment. The clinical implementation of circulating tumor cells (CTCs) as a predictive tool for therapy efficacy in the ...
