Phase portraits of two classes of quadratic differential systems exhibiting as solutions two cubic algebraic curves

open access: yesDemonstratio Mathematica, 2023
The classification of the phase portraits is one of the classical and difficult problems in the qualitative theory of polynomial differential systems in R2{{\mathbb{R}}}^{2}, particularly for quadratic systems.

Multimodal Wearable Biosensing Meets Multidomain AI: A Pathway to Decentralized Healthcare

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Multimodal biosensing meets multidomain AI. Wearable biosensors capture complementary biochemical and physiological signals, while cross‐device, population‐aware learning aligns noisy, heterogeneous streams. This Review distills key sensing modalities, fusion and calibration strategies, and privacy‐preserving deployment pathways that transform ...

ФАЗОВЫЙ АНАЛИЗ ВРЕМЕННЫХ РЯДОВ ГЕОФИЗИЧЕСКИХ ПОЛЕЙ

open access: yesVestnik KRAUNC: Fiziko-Matematičeskie Nauki, 2013
В работе рассмотрен один из этапов предпрогнозного анализа временных рядов, основанный на разложении их фазового портрета по квазициклам на примере временного ряда объемной активности радона (ОА Rn).

Model‐Inversion‐Resistant Physical Unclonable Neural Network Using Vertical NAND Flash Memory

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Schematic and key features of the proposed forward‐forward physical unclonable neural network (FF‐PUNN), incorporating a concealable physical unclonable function (PUF) layer and forward‐forward (FF) learning. ABSTRACT The growing use of neural networks in privacy‐sensitive applications necessitates architectures that inherently protect both data and ...

Performance Enhancement in Hafnium Oxide Through Homogeneous and Heterogeneous co‐Doping Strategies

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
This article presents a comprehensive co‐doping toolkit to optimize the performance and reliability of fluorite‐structure ferroelectrics like hafnium oxide. By employing homogeneous and heterogeneous co‐doping strategies, precise control over crystallization behavior, polarization hysteresis, and oxygen vacancy distribution is achieved.

The dual properties of chiral and isospin asymmetric dense quark matter formed of two-color quarks

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2020
In this paper the phase structure of dense baryon matter composed of u and d quarks with two colors has been investigated in the presence of baryon μ B , isospin μ I and chiral isospin μ I5 chemical potentials in the framework of Nambu-Jona-Lasinio model

ASYMPTOTIC BEHAVIOR OF COMPLEX SCALAR FIELDS IN A FRIEDMAN-LEMAITRE UNIVERSE

open access: yes, 1995
We study the coupled Einstein-Klein-Gordon equations for a complex scalar field with and without a quartic self-interaction in a curvatureless Friedman-Lema\^{\i}\-tre Universe. The equations can be written as a set of four coupled first order non-linear

Reduced Variability in Threshold Switches Using Heterostructures of SiOx and Vertically Aligned MoS2

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
Heterostructures of SiOx and vertically aligned MoS2 exhibit reliable threshold switching by guiding Ag ion migration through van der Waals gaps. Compared to SiOx‐only devices, these heterostructures demonstrate higher switching voltages, faster switching speeds, and reduced variability.

DIAMAGNETIC MODULATION OF TRANSVERSE GALVANOMAGNETIC EFFECTS IN LONGITUDINAL AUTOSOLITON IN P-INSB

open access: yesВестник Северо-Кавказского федерального университета, 2022
Experiments show that Ettingshausen effect that is revealed in longitudinal autosoliton in transverse magnetic field that causes movement in the autosoliton can be suppressed with diamagnetism, which appears in the longitudinal magnetic field. Current in

Dual characterization of critical fluctuations: Density functional theory & nonlinear dynamics close to a tangent bifurcation

open access: yes, 2017
We improve on the description of the relationship that exists between critical clusters in thermal systems and intermittency near the onset of chaos in low-dimensional systems.
