Systematic Significance of the Epihilum in Phaseoleae (Fabaceae, Faboideae)
Botanical Gazette, 1981The epihilum, a multicellular layer covering the hilum, is found in all genera of Phaseoleae, subtribe Phaseolinae, except Dysolobium, Psophocarpus, and Neorautanenia, three genera otherwise subtribally anomalous.
