Risk, Overlap, and Two Forms of Aggregation
Noûs, EarlyView.ABSTRACT In this paper, we introduce a new class of cases to the debate on rescue dilemmas and whether to save the greater number. We argue that situations involving both risk and overlap shine a new light on some of the most important issues within this discussion.
