The metaphysics of laws: dispositionalism vs. primitivism [PDF]
The paper compares dispositionalism about laws of nature with primitivism. It argues that while the distinction between these two positions can be drawn in a clear-cut manner in classical mechanics, it is less clear in quantum mechanics, due to quantum non-locality.

Locating possible sources of physical indeterminism [PDF]
Some possible (re)sources of indeterminism and randomness encountered in physics are enumerated. These gaps in the physical laws, if they exist, could possibly be exploited for dualistic interfaces. We also speculate that physical laws and order could possibly emerge from primordial chaos by means resembling statistics and Ramsey theory.
