An inhalable, nanoengineered herbal therapy achieves protection against acute radiation‐induced lung injury via self‐assembled nanomicelle‐mediated pulmonary targeting and a previously unrecognized dual mechanism that attenuates oxidative stress while inhibiting ferroptosis in alveolar epithelial cells.
