N‐Heterocyclic Carbenes on a III‐V Semiconductor: From Chain Formation to Ordered Monolayers
The functionalization of GaAs, a model III‐V semiconductor, with N‐heterocyclic carbenes is demonstrated in a multidisciplinary experimental and theoretical approach.
