Effects of Different Physical and Chemical Parameters on Phosphate Solubilization Activity of Plant Growth Promoting Bacteria Isolated from Indigenous Soil [PDF]

open access: yes, 2015
The microorganisms play a vital role in fertility of soil and hence favors’ large group of plants. In present study we have successfully isolated certain bacteria from soil including both Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria and access their ability ...

AI Designed Conformation Locking Peptides Target STING to Restore Diabetic Wound Healing

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A generative AI pipeline identifies SCP‐1, a conformation‐locking peptide that stabilizes inactive STING. Incorporated into a dual‐responsive hydrogel for localized, MMP‐9‐triggered release, SCP‐1 suppresses inflammation, promotes reparative macrophage polarization, and accelerates diabetic wound healing.

The potential of phosphate solubilizing bacteria isolated from sugarcane wastes for solubilizing phosphate

open access: yesJournal of Degraded and Mining Lands Management, 2014
Most of P in agricultural soils is in unavailable forms for plant growth. Phosphate solubilizing bacteria can increase soil P availability. This study was aimed to isolate phosphate solubilizing bacteria from sugarcane waste compost and to test ability of the isolated bacterial to dissolve phosphate.

Phosphate Solubilization and Gene Expression of Phosphate-Solubilizing Bacterium Burkholderia multivorans WS-FJ9 under Different Levels of Soluble Phosphate

open access: yesJournal of Microbiology and Biotechnology, 2017
Phosphate-solubilizing bacteria (PSB) have the ability to dissolve insoluble phosphate and enhance soil fertility. However, the growth and mineral phosphate solubilization of PSB could be affected by exogenous soluble phosphate and the mechanism has not been fully understood.

Reorganization of Innate Immune Cell Lipid Profiles by Bioinspired Meroterpenoids to Limit Inflammation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Resolution pharmacology is an emerging strategy to tackle inflammatory pathologies. Bioinspired meroterpenoids induce a lipid mediator class switch toward inflammation resolution in vitro and in vivo by targeting key nodes in lipid mediator biosynthesis and neutral lipid dynamics.

Recapitulating In Vivo Pharmacokinetics and Size‐Dependent Nanomedicine Delivery in a Microfluidic Platform

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A microfluidic tumor platform integrates pharmacokinetic flow control, vascular‐like barriers, and 3D tumor spheroids to emulate in vivo drug exposure. The system reproduces dynamic concentration–time profiles and enables size‐dependent nanoparticle transport and efficacy evaluation, providing a predictive framework for assessing nanomedicine ...

Maize endophytic bacteria as mineral phosphate solubilizers

open access: yesGenetics and Molecular Research, 2017
In the present study, we demonstrated the in vitro activity of endophytic phosphate-solubilizing bacteria (PSB). Fifty-five endophytic PSB that were isolated from sap, leaves, and roots of maize were tested for their ability to solubilize tricalcium phosphate and produce organic acid.

Dual‐Organelle Secretome Conjugation and Organ‐Uptake Tracking (DuO‐SCOUT) Enables Deep and Sensitive Mapping of the Secreted Proteins

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A novel dual‐organelle proximity labeling platform, DuO‐SCOUT, decodes the complex landscape of systemic organ‐organ communication by capturing both classical and unconventional secretomes. Application in metabolic models maps the adipose‐to‐brain secretory relay, identifying selective extra‐hypothalamic sites for adipose‐derived factors and expanding ...
