Regulating Reconstruction‐Engineered Active Sites of CoP Electrocatalyst by Br Ions During the Oxygen and Hydrogen Evolution Reaction

open access: yesENERGY &ENVIRONMENTAL MATERIALS, Volume 8, Issue 4, July 2025.
The Br ions accelerate the leaching of P ions, prompting the dynamic response of Br‐CoP surface reconstruction to rapidly transform into active Br‐CoOOH species, thereby enhancing the subsequent oxygen evolution reaction. On the contrary, the leaching of Br ions promotes the formation of CoP‐Co(OH)2 active species during the hydrogen evolution reaction.

Side‐Gate Modulation of Supercurrent in InSb Nanoflag‐Based Josephson Junctions

open access: yesphysica status solidi (b), Volume 262, Issue 7, July 2025.
Proximitized InSb nanoflags are a promising platform for unconventional superconductivity, due to their strong spin–orbit coupling, their highly transparent interfaces, and their electrostatic tunability via global gating. In this work, it is shown that superconductivity in InSb nanoflags can be further tuned by means of metallic side gates, and the ...

Cobalt and Iron Double Doped B‐Site Perovskite La0.5Ca0.5CoXFe1−XO3: Synthesis Strategy to Make High‐Performance Oxygen Evolution Reaction Catalysts

open access: yesChemistrySelect, Volume 10, Issue 25, July 4, 2025.
La0.5Ca0.5CoxFe1−xO3 (x = 0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1) perovskites were synthesized by varying the ratios of iron (Fe) and cobalt (Co) at the B sites. La0.5Ca0.5Co0.4Fe0.6O3 was the most effective electrocatalyst for oxygen evolution reactions (OER) among the series.
