On the growth of gallium phosphide layers on gallium phosphide substrates by MOVPE
Journal of Electronic Materials, 1989We have investigated the growth and luminescence of gallium phosphide layers grown by MOVPE at atmospheric pressure using trimethylgallium and phosphine in a hydrogen ambient. Both the morphology and the type of luminescence were found to be strongly dependent on growth conditions.

Abstract : The synthesis of gallium phosphide has been pursued. Several alternate vapor synthesis methods were explored with negative results from a practical viewpoint. The melt growth of gal lium phosphide was impeded by furnacing difficulties ties which essentially have now been resolved.

Electrocatalysis has emerged as an attractive way for artificial CO2 fixation to CH3OH, but the design and development of metal‐free electrocatalyst for highly selective CH3OH formation still remains a key challenge.

Dielectric Properties of Zinc Phosphide
physica status solidi (a), 1985The dielectric properties of Zn3P2 crystals are measured in the frequency range 103 to 105 Hz and in the temperature region 300 to 493 K. Samples are prepared by the carbon reduction of zinc orthophosphate. The dielectric dispersion at room temperature and at higher temperatures is attributed to space charge polarisation.

Phosphides of the Platinum Metals [PDF]
THE existence of several phosphides of the platinum metals has been reported by Biltz et al. 1. The knowledge of the physical and chemical properties of these phases is, however, very meagre. Crystal structures have been determined for only three phosphides, namely, Rh2P and Ir2P with the anti-fluorite structure2 and PtP2 with the pyrite structure3.
