This work demonstrates the synthesis of cationic Pt(II) η3‐cycloallyl complexes, and experimental and computational studies show a ligand bite‐angle dependence of their formation rates. The reactivity of these complexes with Brønsted acids was investigated, leading to the formation of cationic and dicationic Pt(II) η4‐cyclobutadiene complexes ...

Phosphine (PH3) has been widely used as a fumigant in food storage, but increasing PH3 resistance in major pests makes finding alternative fumigants urgent. Methyl benzoate (MBe), a volatile organic compound regarded to be a food-safe natural product, has recently demonstrated significant toxicity against a variety of insect pests.

FLP Mediated Conversion of Difluorobenzylalkynes to Fluoroallenyl Oniums via an SN1’ Pathway
Frustrated Lewis pair (FLP) selective C‒F activation of difluorobenzylalkynes allows the formation of fluoroallenic oniums via an SN1’ substitution pathway. The fluoroallenic onium salts are synthetic precursors that allow subsequent functionalization at allenic and onium positions.

Integrin αVβ3‐targeting small‐molecule drug conjugates (SMDCs) were synthesized by conjugating a cryptophycin payload through a neutrophil elastase‐cleavable NPV‐PABC linker. RGD peptidomimetic and linker epimers served as controls for targeting and enzymatic cleavage, and the resulting conjugates displayed subnanomolar cytotoxicity in vitro.

Co‐Catalyst/Semiconductor Interface Coupling Design for Efficient Solar‐Driven Photocatalysis
Interfacial coupling strength is proposed as a unifying descriptor governing charge‐transfer behavior in co‐catalyst/semiconductor photocatalytic systems. This review establishes a coupling‐strength‐guided framework that correlates interface engineering strategies with charge transport pathways, electronic structure regulation, and photocatalytic ...

Main Group Metals in Redox Catalysis
Main group metal redox catalysis is emerging as a credible alternative to transition metal chemistry. Elements from groups 13 to 15 now enable diverse catalytic manifolds, driven by ligand design and control of electronic structure. This review highlights recent advances, key design principles, and remaining challenges, positioning main group metals as

Properties of [Fe(salen)]2‐μ‐Oxo Derivatives and Their Effect on Catalytic Hydrophosphination
A series of [Fe(salen)]2‐μ‐oxo and [Fe(salophen)]2‐μ‐oxo complexes were synthesized to probe how ligand electronics and backbone rigidity influence redox behavior and catalytic hydrophosphination of styrene. Electron‐withdrawing substituents enhance stability and activity, enabling tunable, efficient C–P bond formation.

Abstract Background Racehorses undergo profound physiological changes with training and competition, but current biomarkers inadequately capture the complex molecular dynamics of exercise. This study aimed to identify novel plasma biomarkers of training adaptation and peak load using high‐throughput proteomics.
