The (PG) wasted phosphogypsum by product created through the manufacture consists of many valuable materials to be recovered. For each ton phosphoric acid produced, about 4 – 5 tons (PG) waste was generated.

Incorporating waste glass powder (GP) into cementitious mortars significantly reduces environmental impact, with a 35% decrease in embodied carbon and energy at 40% GP replacement. This study shows that GP enhances long‐term mechanical strength, cuts autoclave expansion by 50%, and refines microstructure through denser C‐S‐H formation.
