Mechanistic pathways of PIK3R1 in skin aging and rejuvenation were analyzed by bioinformatics approach and Gene Expression Omnibus database. Compared with young skin, PIK3R1 was differentially expressed in aged and IPL rejuvenated skin. Coexpression and network analyses revealed that PIK3R1 jointly participated in skin aging and rejuvenation via PI3K ...

Visible light‐induced digital light processing 3D printed Primitive‐triply periodic minimal surface hydrogels embed CaO2–Si core–shell nanoparticles to deliver short‐term oxygen during the avascular window. The scaffolds maintain cytocompatibility, elevate osteopontin in vitro, and enhance calvarial defect repair in vivo without toxicity.

Mechanical Cues Regulate Cargo Sorting and Export at the Golgi
A pathway is identified linking extracellular matrix stiffness to secretion via Src–FAK–AMPK–GBF1 signaling. Golgi‐localized GBF1 acts as a mechanotransducer whose phosphorylation controls post‐Golgi cargo sorting toward secretion or lysosomal degradation.

Osteocyte heterogeneity in bone remains poorly understood. This study identifies six distinct osteocyte subsets in mice, revealing a key subpopulation (BHR‐Ocys) that drives bone loss in osteoporosis. BHR‐Ocys promote osteoclast‐mediated resorption via a novel Sema5a‐Plxna1 signaling axis.

The Potential of Phytochemicals to Overcome Multidrug Resistance in Metastatic Melanoma
ABSTRACT Metastatic melanoma is the most lethal form of skin cancer, accounting for most skin cancer‐related deaths. Immunotherapies and targeted therapies have improved overall and progression‐free survival rates in metastatic melanoma patients. The effectiveness of these therapies decreases due to multidrug resistance (MDR).

ATIs in cereal seeds link to celiac disease, asthma, and immune response. Here, we report the first study exploring genetic factors affecting ATI levels in barley. GWAS identified multiple QTNs influencing ATI accumulation with notable variation. Eight QTNs are associated with lower ATI levels; a key gene was identified.
