H/D Isotope Effects on 1H-NMR Chemical Shifts in Cyclic Heterodimers and Heterotrimers of Phosphinic and Phosphoric Acids [PDF]

open access: yesMolecules, 2020
Hydrogen-bonded heterocomplexes formed by POOH-containing acids (diphenylphosphoric 1, dimethylphosphoric 2, diphenylphosphinic 3, and dimethylphosphinic 4) are studied by the low-temperature (100 K) 1H-NMR and 31P-NMR using liquefied gases CDF3/CDF2Cl ...

Chiral 1H NMR of Atropisomeric Quinazolinones With Enantiopure Phosphoric Acids [PDF]

open access: yesFrontiers in Chemistry, 2018
A chiral phosphoric acid promoted enantioselective NMR analysis of atropisomeric quinazolinones was described, in which a variety of racemic arylquinazolinones such as afloqualone and IC-87114 were well recognized with up to 0. 21 ppm ΔΔδ value.

Are Phosphorous and Phosphoric Acids Equal Phosphorous Sources for Plant Growth?

open access: yesEDIS, 2012
Phosphorus (P) is one of the 17 elements essential for plant growth and development, and is also a key component in some agrochemicals, such as phosphorous acid. Thus, there are two types of P closely associated with crop production.

Asymmetric Friedel-Crafts Alkylation of Indole with Chalcones Catalyzed by Chiral Phosphoric Acids

open access: yesMolecules, 2009
The reaction of indole with chalcones, to give Michael-type adducts, was found to occur with good efficiency (up to 98% yield) and moderate enantioselectivity (up to 52% e.e.) in the presence of a chiral BINOL-based phosphoric acid.

Origin of catalytic activity differences between phosphine and phosphine oxide-based structures in the water-crosslinkable polyalkoxysilane composition [PDF]

open access: yesPolyolefins Journal, 2021
Organocatalysts have attracted enormous interest in the water-crosslinking reaction in silane-grafted polyolefins (SGPOs) system owing to their simplicity, low toxicity and environmentally benign nature compared to organotin catalysts, which are most ...
