PFKFB4 Deubiquitination by USP10 Enhances Fumarate Metabolism to Orchestrate the KDM1A/Rad51 Axis and Confer Radioresistance in Lung Cancer

USP10 binds to and stabilizes PFKFB4, enhancing glycolytic ATP production, which activates the urea cycle and elevates fumarate. This inhibits histone demethylase KDM1A, leading to increased H3K4me1 enrichment at the Rad51 promoter and direct activation of Rad51 transcription, which confers lung cancer radioresistance. Anisotropic Memristive Switching in NbOCl2 Enabled by Directional Oxygen Ion Migration

This study investigates strongly orientation‐dependent memristive switching in anisotropic NbOCl2, observed exclusively along the in‐plane c‐axis. The switching originates from direction‐selective oxygen‐ion migration and vacancy propagation that modulate the Pd/NbOCl2 Schottky barrier, enabling short‐term plasticity.

Enhanced Ionic Conductivity at the Solid Electrolyte Interphase of Oxygen‐Doped Li6PS5Cl

Machine‐learned molecular dynamics and machine‐learning‐based phase identification reveal the kinetically formed SEI at buried Li | Li6PS5Cl interfaces. The SEI is dominated by Li2S‐based anion‐substituted phases, while oxygen doping enhances SEI ionic conductivity.
