Biological Phosphorus Removal Combined with Ferrous Chemical Phosphorus Removal
Advanced Materials Research, 2014Chemical phosphorus removal is widely applied to enhance the biological phosphorus removal in order to meet the discharge requirement. Performance change caused by ferrous sulfate was investigated in this study. Compared to the control system which was not chemically dosed, pH and SVI slightly decreased while conductivity increased.
