Multi‐Omics Signatures of Periodontitis and Periodontal Therapy on the Oral and Gut Microbiome

This multi‐omics study integrates shotgun metagenomics and NMR metabolomics to reveal coordinated microbial and metabolic signatures of periodontitis across the oral–gut axis.
