Accelerating AAV purification process development using high‐throughput resin tip module
Abstract Recombinant adeno‐associated viruses (AAVs) with precise genome editing and cell‐virus interaction have become a promising delivery tool for gene therapy. A robust AAV purification process is crucial for ensuring therapeutic efficacy. The challenges of AAV purification process development encompass limited material availability during early ...

The Mid-Infrared Tully-Fisher Relation: Calibration of the SNIa Scale and Ho
This paper builds on a calibration of the SNIa absolute distance scale begun with a core of distances based on the correlation between galaxy rotation rates and optical Ic band photometry.

Photometric calibration observations are routinely carried out with all ESO imaging cameras in every clear night. The nightly zeropoints derived from these observations are accurate to about 10%. Recently, we have started the FORS Absolute Photometry Project (FAP) to investigate, if and how percent-level absolute photometric accuracy can be achieved ...

Synthesis of Anthraquinone Mono‐ and Diboron Complexes with Near‐Infrared Panchromatic Absorption
Anthraquinone boron complexes bearing β‐iminoenolate ligand(s) exhibit strongly substituent‐dependent absorption properties. Unsubstituted monoboron and diboron complexes show sharp UV–Vis–NIR absorption spectra resulting from increased molecular rigidity induced by boron coordination.

Nitric oxide induces decomposition of electron‐deficient aminoferrocene drugs 4 with formation of oxime 7, which is derived from the upper cyclopentadienyl ligand. Drugs 4 are not responsive to hydrogen peroxide. Based on the latter reaction, the fluorogenic probes are developed for detecting NO in cells and inflammation in vivo.

In a digital risk‐taking test, participants inflated a balloon to increase earned points at the risk of popping under different display and ambient lighting conditions. ABSTRACT Lighting from architectural fixtures and screens can have impacts beyond visual perception, such as occupants' cognitive functions and emotional states. Despite the ubiquity of
